Bookmarks

Bookmarks let you save a filter configuration so you can return to a specific view without reapplying filters by hand. Once saved, a bookmark can be selected from the bookmark menu on any page that supports bookmarking.

Create a bookmark

1. Apply the filters and scope you want to save.
2. Open the bookmark menu.
3. Select Add bookmark.
4. Enter a meaningful name.
5. Save.

Use a bookmark

Select a saved bookmark from the menu to restore its filter configuration, and reuse the same view across sessions. Bookmarks apply only to the section where they were created.

Manage bookmarks

From the bookmark menu you can select, rename, or delete a bookmark. Removing a bookmark never affects your data — it only deletes the saved filter configuration. To understand how filters affect displayed data, see Filters.
