Filters
Get Started
Filters are available throughout Hexia and control which data is displayed on a page or in a report. Filter names and options vary by module, but their behavior is consistent across the platform: everything you see always reflects the current filter selection.
What filters do
Filters let you narrow data by scope (such as location or group), time period, and specific attributes (status, category, type, platform), depending on the section. They define what data is included — not how a metric is calculated.
Applying filters
Select one or more values from the available options. Once applied, the page updates automatically, all widgets and tables reflect the same selection, and exported data (CSV, XLSX, PDF) uses the active filters. Some filters allow multiple selections; others require a single value.
Resetting filters
Select Reset filters to clear all active filters and return the page to its default view.
Filter persistence
Filters may stay active while you navigate within the same section or tab; changing sections can reset them. Some sections let you save a filter configuration to reuse later — see Bookmarks.
Tip: if results look unexpected, check the active filters before drawing conclusions.
