Account setup

You can activate your Hexia account in two ways: from an invitation sent by your administrator, or by creating the account yourself. In both cases, your username is your email address, and your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character.

Activate an account created by your administrator

If an administrator set up your account, you will receive an email with a temporary password.

1. Open the invitation email. Your email address is already filled in the Email field and serves as your username.
2. Enter the temporary password from the email.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
4. Select Sign in.
5. Bookmark https://portal.hexia.app for quick access.

Create your own account

1. Go to https://portal.hexia.app.
2. On the login screen, select Create an account.
3. Enter the email address you want to use.
4. Enter and confirm a password.
5. Open the activation email sent to your address and select Activate your account.

Once activated, you can log in to Hexia, but no projects are assigned to you yet.

Request access to your projects

To see data, you need permissions to at least one project.

1. Ask your administrator to create a permission for your project using the email address you registered.
2. You will receive an email confirming your access has been modified (check junk or spam if needed).
3. Select View on Hexia in the email.

I can’t log in

First, check that your email and password are correct. If you have forgotten your password, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page. If you still cannot access your account, contact your administrator.

Forgot your password?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email, then follow the link to set a new password.
