Reports

The Reports section lets you generate and download reports based on the selected period and filters. It is mainly used to export evaluation summaries for analysis, sharing, or archiving.

The Results summary report gives a consolidated view of mystery shopper results for the selected period and point of service, including overall indicators and evaluation scores. Before generating, select a report type, a point of service, and a period, then select Search. Each result includes the point of service, period, and report type; select the report icon to download it. Reports reflect the filters applied at the time of generation.
