AI Dashboard

The AI Dashboard is a global tool: it generates reports that span every Hexia channel you subscribe to. If you use all three — Hexia.voc, Hexia.missions, and Hexia.local — a single AI dashboard can draw on all of them; if you have only one active service, it uses that one active channel. This makes it broader than the channel-specific dashboards, which each cover a single product. It also tracks what has been produced, what is scheduled, and how each dashboard is defined.

Compare signals across channels

Because an AI dashboard can draw on every channel you subscribe to, you can put signals from different channels side by side in one report — for example your Voice of Customer NPS against your mystery-visit NPS — instead of reading each channel separately.

Automated AI analysis

Beyond assembling the numbers, the AI analyzes your data — surfacing trends, notable variations, gaps, and points that need attention — and generates written findings and recommendations. The result is a report you can act on, not just a set of charts.

Create an AI dashboard

1. Select New dashboard.
2. Choose a creation method — Report library, Guided, or Advanced. Cards are selection-only and automatically include all available services and projects in a single AI dashboard.
3. Select Create dashboard at the top-right of the screen.

Generated reports appear under the Generated reports, Upcoming reports, and Definitions tabs, where you can queue a new run or edit a definition.

Scheduled and personalized reports

Reports can be scheduled and tailored to each user group. You choose the frequency and the recipients, and the content can vary by access rights, so every group receives a report suited to its needs.

Download a report

Every generated report can be viewed on screen or downloaded as PDF, PPTX (PowerPoint), Excel, or CSV.

Collaboration

Every dashboard is private to its owner. Use the Share button to give read-only access to specific people or groups — covering the dashboard’s details, its runs, its reports, and the downloads. Sharing does not change the owner, and collaborators can view and export the dashboard but not edit it.
