The Sentiment Topics visualization shows the main themes in customer comments and how they contribute to the overall analysis. Each block is a topic; its size reflects comment volume, and the percentage shown is that topic’s sentiment score. Colored dots add a quick cue — green or yellow for more positive sentiment, orange or red for weaker areas. Select a block to drill down into its sub-topics, moving from a broad overview to a specific analysis without losing context.
