Completed Surveys

The Completed Surveys widget breaks down survey volume for the selected period:

• Total surveys: surveys for which an email was sent or received and the customer submitted information to start the survey.
• Completed: surveys that were properly completed and submitted.
• Abandoned: surveys that were started but never submitted.
