Results

The Results page gives you access to all individual survey responses collected within the selected scope. Use it to review questionnaire data, monitor satisfaction scores, and analyze responses one by one. You can export the results list in XLSX or CSV format.

Summary bar

The summary bar displays cumulative indicators for the surveys in your current selection and updates automatically with the filters: total surveys, alerts and alert rate, NPS, category scores, and overall satisfaction.

View and export questionnaires

Each response can be opened directly from the results table. Select the blue view icon to open the completed questionnaire in Hexia, or the PDF icon to download it exactly as the respondent completed it.

Confidential information

Customer information is displayed only when confidential data is enabled for the project, the user’s role has the required permissions, and the respondent has given consent. When consent is not given, confidential fields stay hidden (shown as N/A) in both the interface and exported files. See Permissions.
