Google Search Views

The Google Search Views widget shows how many times your business appeared in Google Search results, on desktop or mobile, so you can monitor local visibility.

Note: Google data can take up to 72 hours to appear.

Why did my Google view numbers change or drop?

Google changed how it counts views in 2023. Views now count unique users instead of total views — all of a user’s actions within 24 hours count as a single view — so numbers are lower and hard to compare with older periods. Views are also now split by Google Maps (mobile/desktop) and Google Search (mobile/desktop). Separately, Google removed the “searches” metric and image-view counts.
