Facebook: Facebook reviews already collected remain in your exports, but no new Facebook reviews will be added once import is discontinued (change by Meta).
You can export your reviews for a specific date range in Excel or CSV. The export includes the location, platform, username, review text and rating, date, whether it was answered, the replier’s name, the answer, and the answer date.
You can export from two places:
- Dashboard / Overview: each widget has a download icon; select it and choose Excel or CSV.
- Reviews menu: the download button is fixed in the top-right corner; choose Excel or CSV.
