Reply templates let you respond to reviews quickly and consistently. You create templates in French and English, personalize them, and the platform rotates among them so your replies do not all read the same.

Creating and personalizing templates

Add your templates (French and English), then personalize them with tags — for example the branch name or the local guide’s first name — using the plus sign to insert the option you want.

How many templates should I create?

Because the platform rotates through your templates, having several per situation keeps replies varied. We recommend 3 to 5 templates for each case: negative reviews with and without text (1–2 stars), neutral or negative with and without text (3 stars), and positive with and without text (4 and 5 stars). Combined replies are also possible for 4–5 star reviews. Once your templates are ready, they can be linked to the matching filters and tags.
