Reviews Notifications

Facebook: once Facebook review import is discontinued following Meta’s change, notifications for new Facebook reviews will no longer be available.

Review notification options are managed from your user settings. The options shown depend on the projects you can access, their configuration, and your permissions.

Review the notification settings

1. Select your user icon in the top-right corner, then Settings.
2. Under Alert notifications, find the relevant Hexia.local project.
3. Review the available Email, Mobile, or Custom notifications options. Some projects inherit their settings, while others allow project-specific choices.
4. Apply only the options available for that project and save your changes.

The exact event types and controls may vary by account. If a choice described by your organization is not displayed, contact your Hexia administrator to confirm the project configuration and your permissions.
