Facebook: Facebook remains part of your managed presence, but Facebook reviews can no longer be replied to or imported through Hexia (change by Meta) — manage them on your Facebook Page or in Meta Business Suite.

The Your Package section lists the digital platforms where your business presence is actively managed (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Apple Maps, and others), showing how widely your business information is distributed online.

Does Yelp have a free ad program?

No. Yelp does not offer a free advertising program. Using Yelp requires a Yelp account, which typically involves a paid campaign with Yelp.

Beware of fraudulent calls claiming to be from Google

If you receive a call saying Google will delete or suspend your profile unless you act, treat it as fraud. Google does not call to close a profile — a genuine suspension appears in your account without a phone call. These callers often try to take control of your page and then bill a recurring fee for management they do not provide. Do not share access or pay; your profile is owned by your business and managed through Hexia.

I keep getting calls offering to “manage my Google page”

These unsolicited calls are a common scam and are not affiliated with Google or Hexia. Your Google Business Profile is already managed for you, so you can safely ignore these calls and never grant access or payment to the caller.

Google Maps is not working on my website

A Google map embedded on your own website is managed through your Google account, not through your Business Profile. The most common cause is a missing billing method: the Google account the map is associated with needs a valid payment method on file for the map to display. This is outside Hexia’s control but is usually resolved by adding billing to that Google account.

Can you grant access to our Google Tag Manager?

Google Tag Manager is tied to your website, not to your local Google pages, and only a Tag Manager administrator can grant access to other users. Hexia does not manage clients’ Tag Manager accounts.
