Review Tags

A tag is a marker you apply to reviews to group them by criteria you define. It acts as a smart filter that helps you spot important comments faster, trigger automated actions such as automatic replies, and segment reviews to better understand your customers.

Two ways to tag reviews

• Automatic: Hexia.local applies the tag as soon as a review meets the defined conditions (for example, 2 stars or less becomes Negative review).
• Manual: you add a tag to a specific review yourself (for example, Employee mentioned).

Note: if you apply changes to all reviews, updates are processed once every 24 hours.

Create a tag

1. Select Add and name the tag.
2. Configure the conditions, which can apply to the review’s rating and/or content.
3. Select Add a condition, then Save to activate the tag.

New reviews matching your criteria are tagged automatically. To apply a tag to past reviews, select Apply automatic tags.
