Change Control

Every change to your locations is tracked so you can see what changed, when, and by whom. When a change needs intervention, a ticket is created and handled by the operations team, and corrections to external directories are applied on a regular cycle.

Who made changes to my profile?

Notifications show who made changes to your profile — both in the email notification and in the Alerts section (the bell at the top of the page). This lets you trace whether a change came from your team or from Hexia.
