Imported Google Attributes

Hexia helps keep your Google information complete by bringing in attributes from your Google Business Profile. When Hexia detects an attribute on Google that is missing in Hexia, it imports it automatically. Information you already manage is never overwritten.

Identify imported attributes

When one or more attributes are imported, Hexia sends you a notification. Select it to go to the affected location under Subscribed directories > Google. New values are marked Imported from Google.

Review imported attributes

Check that each imported value is accurate. If everything is correct, no further action is required. Imported updates are also recorded in the change history.

Protect existing information

Hexia imports an attribute only when the matching field is empty, so an import does not replace information already managed in Hexia.

Edit an imported attribute

Change its value like any other detail for the location. See Modify a POS.

Clear the import notice

After reviewing the imported attributes, select Hide to remove the notice and the Imported from Google labels. The values remain in Hexia and can still be edited.
