List of POS

The List of POS lets you view, edit, and analyze key information about your service locations.

Note: some options vary by access level and configuration. See Permissions.

Filter and export

• Points of service / locations: select one or more locations. The selector may also offer groupings according to the configuration.
• Date range: choose the period to analyze.
• Rating filter: focus on locations according to their average rating.
• Reset filters: restore the default view.
• XLSX or CSV: export the list in the required format.
• Bulk update: apply changes to multiple locations at once. See Modify a POS.

POS list table

The table lists every POS with its internal code, name, address, total reviews, unanswered questions, average rating, and whether automatic review response is enabled. Select the pencil icon to edit a location.
