List of POS

The List of POS lets you view, edit, and analyze key information about your service locations — name, address, phone number, opening hours, attributes, and more.

Note: some options vary by access level. See Permissions.

Filter and export

• POS filter — select locations individually or by group, search by keyword, or use the Province, City, Region, or Country tabs.
• Rating filter — sort locations by average star rating.
• Reset filters — restore the default view.
• Export — export the list in XLSX or CSV.
• Bulk update — apply changes to multiple locations at once (see Modify a POS).

POS list table

The table lists every POS with its internal code, name, address, total reviews, unanswered reviews, average rating, whether automatic review response is enabled, and the last sync date. Select the pencil icon to edit a location.
