Google Business Profile Services
Hexia.local
You can manage your services in Hexia.local and publish them on your Google Business Profile, so customers see exactly what you offer on Google.
To open your services: log in, open the branch under Points of Service, go to Subscribed directories, find the Google row, select Edit, then select a category and the pencil icon to add or edit services.
Services by category (Google default)
Google provides a predefined list of services based on your business category. Check or uncheck the ones that apply: you can select as many as you like. When you check a service, a $ icon appears; select it to add a price. Save your changes; uncheck a box to remove a service.
Custom services
If Google’s defaults aren’t enough, add custom services with your own labels (in one language only, so choose your branch’s dominant market language). Select + Add custom service, enter the name and description, optionally add a price, then Save.
Google limitations
Google limits you to 100 services per category per location. A counter at the bottom-left shows where you stand; selecting more than 100 triggers an error message.
Can I add or remove third-party links (OpenTable, DoorDash, etc.)?
Most third-party links can be added to or removed from your profile. DoorDash is an exception: unlike other providers, a DoorDash link has to be handled by contacting DoorDash directly rather than removed from the profile alone.
Managing order-ahead links (delivery and pick-up)
Order-ahead links connect your profile to your ordering provider for delivery and pick-up. You can point the ordering action to the provider you use and adjust the call-to-action, which is especially useful for restaurants.
